Air Liquide, Chevron, Keppel Infrastructure and PetroChina announced they have signed a MoU to form a consortium which will aim to evaluate and advance the development of large-scale CCUS solutions and integrated infrastructure in Singapore.

According to the Ministry of Science and Technology, China is ramping up renewable energy output and could produce 100-150 MMtpy by 2060. This level of production would meet a significant proportion of global H2 demand, which is expected to be 500 MMtpy–800 MMtpy by 2050.
